Galliford Try appointed to Southern Water £3.1bn AMP8 framework

Galliford Try, the UK construction group, announces that its Environment division has been appointed to the new Southern Water Capital Programme Strategic Delivery Partner Framework, part of the AMP8 investment cycle.

The framework is worth £3.1 billion in total and is expected to run for seven years, with an optional further five
years. Galliford Try has been selected for Lot 2, providing strategic planning, civil and Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls, and Automation (MEICA) design, construction management and expertise on non-infrastructure wastewater schemes across the entire Southern Water region. 

It is anticipated that the framework could be worth more than £500m to the business over the seven-year period.
