Galliford Try secures £34m fire safety improvement works contract at HMP Lincoln

Galliford Try has successfully been awarded a £34m contract to deliver safety improvements at HMP Lincoln through the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Framework. 

Works at HMP Lincoln include the design, installation, testing and commissioning of works associated with the site-wide fire safety improvements required at this Cat B prison in Lincoln town centre.  

The improvements being delivered span across detection, emergency lighting, suppression, ventilation, replacement and upgrade of fire doors, general lighting replacement, replacement of cell call systems, as well as the removal of encountered asbestos.
