Galliford Try has been appointed to the London Construction Programme Framework

Galliford Try has successfully been appointed to four sub-lots on the latest iteration of the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Works General Framework. 


The LCP Framework is led by London Borough of Haringey and allows all London Boroughs and public sector bodies within London and the Home Counties to utilise it for general building works new build, refurbishment and retrofit, fire safety and planned preventative maintenance across a variety of sectors.

Galliford Try’s Building Southern business will lead the management of the framework with an estimated c£100m value. The four sub-lots the business is appointed to include Sub-Lot GN2 New Build £6m to £15m, Sub-Lot GN3 New Build £14m and above, Sub-Lot GR2 Refurbishment and Retrofit £6m to £15m and Sub-Lot GR3 Refurbishment and Retrofit £14m and above.

The announcement builds on Galliford Try’s recent success on the LCP Major Works Education Framework, which covers the full range of construction services for education facilities. The framework emphasises a customer‑focused approach that delivers value for money, supports climate resilience and drives meaningful social value.
