Galliford Try has successfully completed the second Build-to-Rent (BtR) building at Brent Cross Town.

The handover closely follows the completion of the first BtR building and further strengthens the business’s ongoing partnership with Related Argent.

The building will offer 286 homes, including a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with various communal facilities designed by Squire & Partners and WCA, with interiors by Conran and Partners.

Residents will benefit from a 25m swimming pool, lounge areas, pet wash station, co‑working space, a fitness studio and basement parking for both cars and bicycles.

This development is part of the £8bn Brent Cross Town project, a joint venture between Related Argent and Barnet Council. The 180 acre park town will deliver 6,700 new homes, three million sq ft of office and workspace and over 50 acres of parks and playing fields.

The Maple buildings, Brent Cross Town’s BTR offer, have also been shortlisted for this year’s Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards, which celebrate projects that demonstrate exceptional performance in respecting the community, caring for the environment, and protecting the workforce.

Matthew Pool, Managing Director of Galliford Try Building London and South East Commercial, said:“Completing the second BtR Building at Brent Cross Town marks another significant achievement for our team and a proud moment in our partnership with Related Argent. This project showcases the high-quality homes and exceptional amenities we are committed to delivering, and it reflects the hard work, collaboration and expertise of everyone involved.
