Galliford Try has once again achieved a CDP score of B, reaffirming our position as a business actively managing climate-related risks and opportunities, and continuing to make meaningful progress on our journey toward net zero.

CDP is the global gold standard for environmental disclosure and assesses organisations on the robustness of their climate governance, emissions reporting, climate strategies, and progress in reducing environmental impacts. Maintaining a B rating for a third  year demonstrates our sustained commitment to climate transparency and action.

Importantly, our latest submission shows improvement in eight of the sixteen assessment categories, with 11 categories now rated B or higher.

These improvements reflect our increasing maturity in areas such as risk management, collaboration, and transparency, demonstrating that although our overall score remains unchanged, the depth of our climate approach continue to strengthen year on year.

Commenting on the achievement, Galliford Try Chief Financial Officer Kris Hampson, said: “Achieving a CDP score of B for the third year running reflects the real and ongoing progress we are making across our climate agenda. I am particularly pleased to see improvements across half of the assessment categories, showing that our focus on transparency, collaboration and robust climate governance is delivering results.

“As we continue to embed sustainability across our operations, CDP remains an important benchmark for understanding our performance and identifying where we can go further. We remain fully committed to our net zero pathway and to driving meaningful environmental improvements across our business and supply chain.”
