Appointed under a design and build contract, our business has formed a close partnership with the client, bringing benefits to both parties through mutual understanding and shared learning. Riverside Quarter is just a fifteen-minute walk from the heart of Wandsworth, connecting residents with shops and nightlife along a peaceful new riverwalk.
Set across six blocks, the development has created 554 stylish new homes comprising of one, two, three and four-bed apartments, commercial units, retail space, car parking and cycle storage. Winter gardens, balconies and terraces provide private outdoor space and stunning views across the Thames. Sleek new leisure facilities include a gym and swimming pool, improving the health and wellbeing of residents and a living ‘brown’ roof with bird perches and insect stations provides natural diversity and ecological benefits superior to those of ‘green’ roofs.
