Bill Hocking, Chief Executive of Galliford Try, commented: “The construction industry faces a significant gender imbalance, with women being underrepresented across the workforce. At Galliford Try, we are committed to increasing the number of women who come into our organisation and implement policies and practices that support women, and their development and advancement. Representation and role models are pivotal to this, so it’s great to see so many finalists for these awards from across our business. Well done and good luck to all.”
