Galliford Try is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Boyd as a Non-executive Director of Galliford Try with effect from 1 March 2024.
Kevin has a wealth of experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, and brings a strong combination of financial, strategic and multi-organisational expertise to the Board of Galliford Try.
His current positions include Chair of Genuit Group plc and a Non-executive Director and the Audit Committee Chair of Bodycote plc. Kevin was previously the Chief Financial Officer of the global engineering group Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.
Kevin is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

On appointment Kevin will also become a member of Galliford Try’s Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees.
