Galliford Try, one of the UK’s leading construction groups, is pleased to open its 2023 Graduate Programmes for applications.
The company, which was ranked second in TheJobCrowd’s leaderboard for the best companies for graduates to work for in construction - and 17th out of 100 graduate employers UK-wide - is now accepting applications for its award-winning Graduate Programme.
Comprising six modules including an outdoor residential designed to build leadership and interpersonal skills, the structured training programme spans two years which are run in parallel a permanent role with the company.
The programme also offers successful candidates the possibility to work towards professional qualifications with support from an in-house team of subject matter experts and mentors, and access to the GT Academy, an online portal of content, resources and tools.
