Galliford Try appointed to £28.6m contract in North East

Galliford Try is pleased to announce that its Building division has been awarded a contract to deliver £28.6m of works on phase two of the Heart of the City development in Sheffield, providing commercial, leisure, retail and residential focal point in the city centre on behalf of Sheffield City Council.

Works involve the demolition and construction of two buildings to deliver eight premium retail units, office space and 52 urban apartments in one block, and a further block featuring premium Grade A office space and six premium retail units.
