The Annual General Meeting of Galliford Try Holdings plc (the “Company”) is to be held at Cowley Business Park, Cowley, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2AL on Friday 13 November 2020 at 11.00am. In light of the current public health guidelines on Covid-19 and the Company’s desire to protect the health and safety of our shareholders as well as our directors, officers and employees, our AGM this year will be held as a closed meeting and consequently shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person.
As stated in the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy made available to shareholders on 6 October 2020, the Board invited shareholders to submit questions ahead of the AGM. No AGM questions were received in advance of the meeting.
In future AGMs, and as in previous years, the Company intends to present the latest developments in and progress of the business to shareholders, who will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive responses from Board members on a broad range of matters relating to the Group's strategy, performance and operations.
The Board wishes to thank shareholders that voted at this year’s AGM. The voting results from the meeting will be made available following the AGM on our Regulatory news page.
