Lifecare is an extended warranty package which provides tenants with a fully managed maintenance service including emergency and responsive repairs, planned maintenance and upgrade programmes and the inspection and replacement of minor assets.
Lifecare is specifically tailored to meet the varying needs of our clients which include Home Group, Waterloo Housing Group, Shepherd's Bush Housing Group and Affinity Sutton, for whom we are delivering Lifecare at Graylingwell Park, the UK’s largest carbon-neutral development;
Our innovative approach to the ongoing maintenance of the homes that we build, is fully supported by our internal Customer Service Centre which is accessible to both our customers and their tenants and includes the provision of an out of hours service 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.
