MoD Housing, Moray

Location: Lossiemouth and Elgin, Moray
In order to allow RAF personnel to live in modern accommodation close to their base at Lossiemouth, four sites were chosen in close proximity to each other and within easy travelling distance to carry out this project.
Working closely with the local authorities with priority given to blending the new houses in with adjacent housing, we ensured all planning issues were resolved to ensure the effect of the influx of 279 families in an area was kept to a minimum.
We took full responsibility for designing the capital works, for obtaining planning permission for all the homes and for estate planning and development.
