Wholesale Broadband Connect Programme

Location: Various sites throughout the UK
The ongoing partnership between BT and Galliford Try has successfully delivered infrastructure works as part of BT’s WBC (Wholesale Broadband Connect) programme for 2010/2011.
This ongoing programme allows BT to offer increased broadband speeds to a greater percentage of the population.
The rollout programme, covering over 150 sites, utilises the skills and experience developed through Galliford Try's work with BT Operate for which the scope includes works such as equipment recoveries, structural works, general builders’ works, AC and DC power, equipment and cable ironwork installations and ventilation equipment.
Galliford Try ensured BT was able to hand sites over as per the target rollout programme and accelerated several sites to help BT exceed its targets.
