This project comprised the development of a Four Star 178-room hotel in Waterloo; the first hotel in the UK for the Spanish-based hotel chain, H10.
Galliford Try constructed the 12-storey hotel named the “H10 London Waterloo” using a traditional reinforced concrete frame with brick cladding and bathroom pods.
The hotel incorporates a biomass boiler and is designed to achieve a high level of renewable energy usage and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
