Galliford Try undertook the redevelopment of Coworth Park Estate to create the five star 68-room Coworth Park Country House Hotel.
Galliford Try carried out the rebuild and fit-out of the estate’s manor house; the refurbishment of the existing stable blocks and estate cottages to form new guestrooms and suites; the refurbishment and extension to the existing barn to create a new restaurant and the construction of a new spa and swimming pool.
