This scheme comprises a 25 year framework partnering agreement for construction services to fund and develop health and social care facilities across the South East Essex region. The first tranche of the framework is estimated to be £26 million. The first project is the pictured £8.3 million state-of-the-art primary care centre on Canvey Island (The Paddocks).
