Parc Prison

Location: Bridgend, Wales
Galliford Try is undertaking the development and refurbishment of new and existing facilities at Parc Prison - the only private prison in Wales.
The project involves developing the Category B Prison to create a new accommodation block together with extensions and conversions to existing buildings on the site.
The scheme has been designed to comply with the Building Research Establishment BREEAM “Excellent” environmental rating.
The contract builds on Galliford Try’s record and experience in delivering custodial projects.
