Galliford Try constructed a landmark civic hub building located in a new town square in the centre of Corby, which provides interlinked council administration, commercial facilities and cultural activities and forms part of the Corby Parkland Gateway regeneration scheme.
The 7,300 sq m civic hub and performing arts centre features:
Extensive landscaping, planting and street furniture.
Two of the building’s seven storeys are below ground level. Achieving the BREEAM "Excellent" rating, the building features natural ventilation throughout; rainwater recycling and the building is partly powered by a number of small-scale wind turbines.
