Galliford Try has developed Chevron House, a three-storey office development comprising a north and south block linked at first and second floor levels. There is also parking for 290 cars together with extensive landscaping.
The new development, which is home to Chevron’s new European headquarters, caters for 450 staff and features a restaurant and gymnasium.
The building also has extensive state-of-the-art-meeting facilities which include the latest in rear projection screen sharing and audiovisual conferencing technologies. There is also extensive use of curved partitioning and ceilings which are enhanced with feature fibre optic lighting. There are approximately 2,000 sq m of internal glazed partitions with a high level of acoustic sound rating.
