Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre
Client: National Trust for Scotland
Value: £9.4 million
Location: Inverness
This project involved the construction of a new hi-tech building to showcase the history of Culloden Battlefield and the surrounding area.
The new building is three times the size of the facilities it replaced and expects up to 250,000 visitors a year. Accommodating educational and conference facilities, the building features a major exhibition centre, a restaurant and shop area.
