This design and build contract involved the construction of 158 mixed use flats and 2,214 sq m of commercial space with a
17-storey tower, a basement and the provision of a community hall.

The flats are provided through a combination of new build units and the refurbishment of an existing warehouse. The design takes into account the presence of a Thames Water sewer crossing the site and future diversion of the sewer to provide the proposed new Crossrail link.

Extensive exhumation and archaeology works were required prior to construction as part of the site was previously a 19th century burial ground.
