Brunswick tops the Top 60

Galliford Try Partnerships, the regeneration specialist within Galliford Try group, is celebrating considerable success at the Inside Housing Top 60 Development awards, winning four awards, with the Brunswick Regeneration scheme named ‘Overall Winner’.

The Top 60 awards see the best 60 housing projects delivered for Registered Providers from across the country go forward to the final in 10 different categories. The Partnerships-built schemes at Bournville Gardens, for ExtraCare Charitable Trust and Cannon Road, for Newlon Housing, were successful in the Older People’s development of the year and Affordable Housing development of the year categories, respectively.

The Brunswick Regeneration project meanwhile, as the winner of the Regeneration Scheme of the Year was also the recipient of the overall winner award, making it top of the Top 60.

The Brunswick project is providing 522 high-quality new homes, a 60-bed sheltered accommodation facility, a new retail area which will provide shops and amenities, and an improved neighbourhood design, including new road layouts and safe open spaces. A further 650 council properties are also being refurbished.

Galliford Try Partnerships is part of the S4B joint venture, a consortium including Equitix, Mears and Contour Homes, delivering all aspects of the regeneration scheme.
