Over the last 10 years, we have worked closely with NHS Trusts, Primary Care Trusts, and end-user clients to successfully, scope, plan, fund and operate eight PPP healthcare projects.
Our projects include Edinburgh’s state-of-the-art Royal Infirmary, where the overwhelming view of the medical staff and patients is that the building has been a huge success; St Andrews Community Hospital, a jewel in NHS Fife’s healthcare provision and leading health facilities in North London, Liverpool, Coventry, St Helens and Essex, where local communities are benefiting from the projects we have delivered through the LIFT initiative.
Our offering is built on collaboration with all users allied to the design of buildings that work, blend into their environment, benefit the local community, operate well and are built to last.
Experience across all our projects has demonstrated that patients and staff are flourishing in the new healthcare facilities and the high level of staff retention further evidences the success of these schemes.
