Clarendon College Nottingham

The Adams building, now housing New College Nottingham’s city centre campus, posed a unique challenge as the first PFI education project in the UK.

The Grade II listed building featured unique architectural features. Keeping the original structure intact and retaining the striking façade allowed renovation work to be carried out and delivered a building which met the requirements of the college.

During the renovation, physical alterations to the building were kept to a minimum and all additions were architecturally complementary to the existing style.
