A decade ago, the UK’s first major Pathfinder further education PPP contract was completed using the expertise of PPP Investments, Infrastructure, Building and Facilities Management teams.
In the intervening years we have bid for and secured eight major new PPP projects for schools, colleges and universities, including two of the largest UK education PPP projects: £192 million of new and refurbished schools for Northamptonshire County Council and £134 million of new schools for The Highland Council.
We continue to be very active in the sector and are currently supporting a number of bids in the Building Schools for the Future programme.
Thousands of pupils – and in many places, the wider community – now benefit from significantly enhanced facilities, all of which have been skilfully constructed and managed by Galliford Try. We have successfully built and refurbished over 70 schools in the last four years and look forward to creating and maintaining many more.
