Enjoying lead partner status with the Homes and Community Agency (HCA) and as a primary framework partner with the UK’s Registered Providers (RPs), we work with more than 60 housing associations throughout the UK and are in long-term partnerships with more than 40. We provide accommodation ranging from houses, apartments through to extra care apartments and specialist dementia care facilities.
Our position in this market has been greatly assisted by our ability to provide all the necessary investment funding, building and facilities management skills from within the Group and consequently we are well placed to deliver and maintain affordable housing and extra care schemes across the UK.
