Our exceptional skills have been implemented in developments such as our landmark net zero carbon scheme for 800 homes at Graylingwell, where we are revolutionising the way in which homes can be built.
Our position in this market has been greatly assisted by our ability to provide all the necessary funding, housebuilding and facilities management skills from within the Group and consequently we are well placed to deliver the forthcoming HCA Round 6 schemes.
We have been involved in many affordable homes projects, with a number of our schemes winning top UK awards. These include the Housing Design’s Overall Winners Award for Southgate in Totnes, a Housing Design Award for Gun Wharf in Plymouth, a Housing Corporation Award for Broadclose in Bude, Best Sustainable Development for Livarot Walk and Best Affordable Development for a mixed use scheme in St Austell.
