Perth and Kinross Council Headquarters and Car Park
This office and 500 space car park have been built on the heavily contaminated site of an old dry cleaning laundry. Using groundbreaking microbiological techniques the site was thoroughly decontaminated prior to the commencement of construction. During the project, the existing façade of the building was retained whilst creating the modern, open plan office space for over 700 employees.
