Northwick Park Nurses Accommodation

As part of the Network Housing team, Galliford Try undertook the construction element of this PFI scheme to provide upgraded nursing accommodation for Northwick Park Hospital.

Three 3/4 storey blocks and four housing groups provide a range of family houses as well as shared and self-contained flats mainly suitable for single key workers.

Each shared flat has a well designed kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a large dining area.
Bedrooms are furnished and fitted with telephone/internet and television aerial sockets, as well as a handset to operate the door entry system.

The one bedroom flats have an open plan kitchen and lounge area and good storage space with separate bathroom with shower facilities whilst the large family houses offer private gardens and parking facilities, as well as modern well equipped kitchens with built-in appliances.

Priority for the one bed flats and family houses is given to staff of North West London Hospitals NHS Trust, Harrow PCT and the Central & North West London Mental Health NHS Trust.
