DHE Housing, Lossiemouth

In order to allow RAF personnel to live in modern accommodation close to their base at Lossiemouth, four sites were chosen in close proximity to each other and within easy travelling distance to carry out this project.

Working closely with the local authorities with priority given to blending the new houses in with adjacent housing, Covesea ensured all planning issues were resolved to ensure the effect of the influx of 279 families in an area was kept to a minimum.

Covesea took full responsibility for designing the capital works, for obtaining planning permission for the 279 houses and for estate planning and development.
