Each regional business specialises in developing brownfield sites, sympathetic conversions, mixed use schemes, individual bespoke designs and the creation of sustainable communities in an area that stretches from the West Country to Lincolnshire and from the South Coast to South Yorkshire. Around 95 per cent of the homes we build are on brownfield land and approximately a quarter of these are affordable.
