Housing Associations
We deliver responsive repair and maintenance to around 1,000 properties following the construction of new houses and buildings by our Building Division. This includes affordable housing, care homes, and sheltered housing for clients including East Thames Housing, Circle Anglia and Streatham Housing Association.
We provide a helpdesk and undertake repair works including reactive emergency call outs during the defects liability period through our directly employed operatives.
