In October 2009 the Group published its second CR report, consolidating and reporting on how it manages its corporate responsibilities. While some of the terminology of CR is new, the Group firmly believes that its vision, values and behaviours are that of a responsible business.
To reflect the rising importance of CR in the business world, and a need to co-ordinate activity and demonstrate performance, a CR Manager is in post to work with both the operational businesses and Group Services.
Galliford Try has taken a number of positive steps, which are outlined on these pages and in our CR report, to formalise and demonstrate the process of embedding CR across all Business Units and support services.
The diagram below shows how we integrate CR into normal business activity.
