The Armed Forces Corporate Covenant

We are an armed forces-friendly organisation and we are proud to have pledged our commitment to The Armed Forces Corporate Covenant from January 2016. We seek to support the employment of reservists, and also veterans; working in partnership with providers such as the Career Transition Partnership to ensure opportunities are visible. We seek to support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces through accommodating their training, something which is specifically referenced in our Attendance Management Policy. We endeavour to offer flexibility in granting leave to service spouses and partners.
