Our projects range from small schemes to some of the UK’s most high profile schemes such as civils works at Olympic Park, the retractable roof at Wimbledon’s Centre Court and Graylingwell Park, the UK’s first major carbon neutral development.
Our offering is defined by our people, so if you’re a team player, committed, talented and enthusiastic, you’re the kind of person we’re seeking.
We recognise that people are our competitive advantage and understand the value of a motivated workforce in the achievement of our organisational goals. We therefore foster talent, supporting people at every stage of their careers.
We enable employees to have a direct involvement in shaping their career, providing a broad range of learning opportunities designed not only to improve technical skills but also interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Accomplishing this means we can boast some of the best talent in the industry.
