We are therefore committed to a regular intake of graduates across all our Business Units, and actively seek enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individuals with a relevant degree and a proactive approach to their own development.
We are seeking to attract high-calibre recent graduates who will complement the knowledge and skills capital currently within our businesses throughout the UK.
As well as frontline site management roles, we also provide career opportunities in functional roles such as planning, estimating, quantity surveying, buying, land development, design, sales and marketing.
All of our graduates follow structured development programmes that provide the necessary experiential knowledge and understanding and also meet the requirements of the key industry professional bodies, leading to full corporate membership of CIOB, RICS, ICE and ICES for those looking to pursue professional accreditation.
In order to ensure we meet our obligations to provide the best learning and development opportunities, we appoint mentors who are responsible for monitoring progress and providing advice and support, as well as conducting regular development reviews.
