Executive development programmes are available to meet the needs of the Group’s most senior managers, managing directors and directors in order to enhance the personal impact and performance. For example, the Group makes use of the “Business Leaders” programme at Henley Management College.
Executive coaching is available to meet the needs of the Group’s most senior directors. This is very much a bespoke offering as driven by the needs of the individual.
