This stage is designed to meet the needs of first line and middle managers wishing to develop their management and leadership skills in such aspects as recruitment and selection, enhancing team and individual performance, communications and change management.
This stage also offers a choice of existing programmes such as an in-house leadership course and venture management, both of which have run successfully for several years. In addition, we offer new programmes such as the Certificate in First Line Management, also accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
