Stage 1 - Trainees/Graduates

We are committed to a regular annual intake of trainees and graduates across all our various Business Units, in both construction and housebuilding. We seek enthusiastic individuals with a relevant degree and a proactive approach to their own development. As well as recruiting graduates we also look for school leavers and undergraduates for sponsorship, industrial year placements and day release programmes.

As well as front line site management roles we also provide career opportunities in such functional roles as planning, estimating, quantity surveying, buying, land development, design, sales and marketing. All our graduates and trainees follow structured Personal Development Programmes which provide the necessary experiential knowledge and understanding but also meet the requirements of the key industry professional institutes, leading to full corporate membership of the CIOB, RICS and MICE. In order to ensure we meet our obligations to provide the best learning and development opportunities, we appoint a supervisor who is responsible for monitoring progress, providing advice and support as well as conducting regular reviews with their trainees.
