Leicester Tigers

This project entails the construction of a new 10,712 seat North Stand at Leicester Tigers Rugby Club, Welford Road, Leicester.

This is the first phase of the complete redevelopment of the stadia. The new stand is situated behind the existing NEXT stand, which will be demolished during the next closed season, after which the “toe” of the new stand will be completed.

The stand comprises three floors beneath the terracing which will house bars, a club shop, food outlets and conference/banqueting facilities.

The north stand houses the main entrance area to the stadium and is designed to make an impact, which is further reinforced by the king truss which will provide a landmark when entering the city centre and will be identified with Leicester Tigers.
