The Roast
A prestigious first floor restaurant, owned by Provenance Restaurants, was fitted out by Galliford Try to a high specification and featured a “live rotisserie”.
Located within London’s historical Borough Market, the Roast project comprised the provision of a fully fitted open plan, themed kitchen and prep area. High spec features include: raised floors; suspended ceilings; a glass passenger lift; new mechanical and electrical services and high spec floor finishes. In addition, a cocktail bar and feature lighting have also been constructed.
