The design made use of the sloping site to provide a split level building of two-storeys with four floor levels. The 1,772sq m building consists of two blocks, both of which have been erected using a steel frame structure and simple strip foundations. Roof cladding, masonry walls and an element of curtain walling make up the exterior.
