One Lothbury
This scheme entails the construction of an office building known as One Lothbury and referred to as The Bank Buildings; this involves the reconstruction of the former Bank of England owned building, incorporating a design produced by architect Fletcher Priest.
The building will be a complete new build behind the existing Portland stone facade, which is being dismantled and reassembled. Located over nine floors, the project will provide 120,000 sq ft of fully serviced open plan prestigious offices in the heart of the City behind the Bank of England and is being completed in phases.
