The project entailed the development of a two storey advanced software technology building with a total floor area of 7,200sq m, to accommodate a range of vital software support services and facilities for IT businesses, including incubator facilities, research and development projects and consultancy and technology services.
The futuristic building set new standards for industrial and academic IT researchers accross the UK and abroad.
