Galliford Try undertook the demolition of an existing seven storey structure and created a new eight storey 3,500sq m (net) steel frame structure with in situ cast floors creating a mixed-use commercial, residential development within the heart of London’s West End.

The front facade of the building has been constructed from pre-cast panels with Portland Stone facings, with the rear elevation and flank walls constructed using in situ brickwork.

Ground to fifth floors comprises office development space with the top two floors consisting of five luxury apartments. In addition, Galliford Try created a number of car parking bays, serviced by a car lift, both key features of the development.
The offices have been fitted out to Cat A and apartments have been fully fitted out.
