Union Road
Built over three phases, this project involved the design and build of a primary care and community resource centre including dwellings.
The construction of a four-storey building with mixed uses was carried out to incorporate a crèche, café, Primary Care Trust (PCT) admin and consultancy facilities and pharmacy, including the moving of the crèche and PCT from their present location into the new building.
Works extended to the construction of 37 affordable housing units in a five-storey building.
