Union Road
This project involved Design & Build of a Primary Care and Community Resource Centre including dwellings, built over three phases.
The construction of a four storey building with mixed-uses was carried out to incorporate a crèche, café, PCT admin and consultancy facilities and pharmacy, including the moving of the crèche and PCT from their present location into the new building.
Works extended to the construction of 37 affordable housing units in a five storey building.
