Ian Coull FRICS was appointed to the board as a non-executive director and Chairman designate with effect 8 November 2010 and became Chairman on 1 July 2011. Until 28 April 2011 Ian was Chief Executive of SEGRO plc, Europe’s largest industrial REIT and a leading supplier of flexible business space. He was also previously a main board director of J Sainsbury plc with responsibility for all property, construction, environmental and related activities. He is also a non-executive director of Pendragon plc and London Scottish International Limited, a Senior Adviser to Oaktree Capital Management and a member of the Government’s Property Advisory Panel. Age 61.

Peter Rogers CBE, LLB, FCA was appointed to the Board in July 2008. He is currently Chief Executive of Babcock International Group plc. Prior to joining Babcock in 2002, he was a director of Acordis plc, having earlier held senior executive positions in Courtaulds and the Ford Motor Company. Peter is also President of ADS, the trade organisation advancing the interests of the UK Aerospace, Defence, Security & Space industries. Age 64.
